We're thrilled to ensure accessibility for our beloved community. Our event will feature keynote speaker Dr. Xochitl Yadira Gonzalez and 8 local women sharing inspiring stories of resilience and empowerment despite societal challenges like the gender and racial wage gap. Get ready to feel inspired and motivated for change!


Meet Dr. Xochitl Yadira Gonzalez:

Dr. Xochitl Yadira González, a former migrant worker from Milwaukee, currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations at Northwestern Mutual. With a PhD in Global Leadership & Change from Tiffin University, Ohio, alongside qualifications from Milwaukee Area Technical College and Marquette University, Dr. González brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Joining eight local women from our latest Midwest Mujeres Cohort, she'll share insights on leadership and community empowerment. Together, they'll highlight the power of storytelling in addressing issues like the wage gap and advancing opportunities.
