Stephany Penate is a first-generation Latina whose journey to financial empowerment began with a simple question — Why didn’t anyone teach us this sooner? Growing up in a family living in “survival mode,” she learned early that knowledge is power, especially around money.

After college, and through her career in banking, Stephany discovered how understanding financial systems could open doors for herself and others.

Now, she teaches women how to work smarter, decode financial language, and build the confidence to make their money work for them.

Her approach is practical, heart-centered, and culturally grounded — helping mujeres move from scarcity to abundance.

Through mentorship and workshops, Stephany is building a movement of financially savvy women who are no longer afraid to talk about wealth — or to claim it. Financial Literacy is for all!
