About the event

Join us for this Mujeres Circle for this powerful, interactive session that explores the dynamic relationship between our inner world and our daily habits. We will first delve into deep reflection and discussion on the roles we play and reclaiming the authentic parts of ourselves we have set aside. This inner work will transition into a somatic experience through “Sacred Rhythms: Daily Practices That Anchor Us.” You will be guided through movement and intentional rituals designed to restore and ground you. By blending release and somatic practice, we will build a personal blueprint for letting go of what no longer serves and anchoring your true self in purpose.
